Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal information.

What Gets Deleted

Your username, name, phone number, and profile photo.
Your password and login credentials.
Your push notification token and device information.
Your saved preferences and settings.

What Gets Retained (Anonymised)

Completed trip records are kept for accounting and safety purposes, but all personal identifiers are removed so they can no longer be linked to you.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — From the App

Open the app → Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompt. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By Email

Send an email to support@drmzn.xyz with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the username associated with your account. We will process your request within 3 business days.

Note: If you have an active trip in progress, you must complete or cancel it before your account can be deleted.
